Legal / Regulatory Documentation

Certain legal / regulatory documentation relating to the specific ETFs & ETCs passported in each country can be found by filtering the table below.

To meet the requirements of the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) Regulation (Commission Regulation (EU) No 583/2010), various documentation relating to WisdomTree UCITS Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), must be made available to investors in the countries in which the ETFs have been passported for public distribution.

In producing each of the KIIDs available on this website, WisdomTree believes that it has complied with the requirements of the KIID Regulation. The KIID shows information relating to the past performance and overall objective and investment policy of the relevant ETF and offers no capital guarantee or guarantee that an ETF will achieve its investment objective. Investors may not get the full amount back of their initial investment, particularly in the event that the relevant index fails. The KIID also gives an overview of the key risks investors may encounter by investing in a given ETF and provides a historic volatility of the ETF’s performance and categorises it accordingly by way of a Synthetic Risk and Reward Indicator (SRRI). The SRRI is not static and will be calculated on an on-going basis using the most recent data for the ETF. Investors should note that past performance of the relevant ETF is not an indication or guarantee of future performance. Any decision to invest must be made based on the reference material (KIID, prospectus, relevant supplement and semi-annual reports) which includes, amongst other things, various terms and conditions and information on the risks associated with the planned investment. The reference material can be obtained from WisdomTree on request or obtained via the www.wisdomtree.eu website. Investors should consider the section of the prospectus entitled 'Risk Factors' to assess the risks associated with a specific investment.

In producing each of the Key Information Documents (“KIDs”) available on this website, WisdomTree believes that it has complied with the requirements of the PRIIPS regulation (Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 November 2014 on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs)). Investors should note that, in addition to showing the what might you get back after costs in the relevant currency for the recommended holding periods, the KIDs show information relating to the possible performance of the relevant product (expressed as a percentage) over different periods of time starting at 1 year. Certain of the exchange traded commodities for which KIDs are required and available have a recommended holding period of less than one year and, in the case of any short and leveraged products, of only 1 day. The performance and impact on return data in each KID is based on the past performance of the relevant product, and it should be noted that past performance is not an indication of future performance. Any decision to invest must be made on the basis of the relevant prospectus which includes, amongst other things, various terms and conditions and information on the risks associated with the planned investment. In particular, investors should consider the section entitled ‘Risk Factors’ in order to assess the risks associated with a specific investment.
